We take every concern seriously and have consistently responded promptly and professionally as soon as any issue was brought to our attention.
Below is a summary of actions we have offered the homeowners:
• Remediation: Immediately address any room with mold—at our cost, even those that were not caused by us, using independent, industry-standard protocols, with professional mitigation.
• Restoration: Restore all affected areas to like-new condition following remediation.
• Extended Warranty: Extend the home’s warranty to the current homeowner for an additional two years, transferable to future owners.
In addition to our offer above, we add the following comments to the homeowner allegations:
• Structural Concerns: We disagree that there are structural concerns with the home. We remain open to further professional third-party review.
• Health Concerns: We take all health-related concerns seriously. To date, we have received limited information regarding these concerns and have requested additional documentation so they can be fully evaluated and appropriately addressed by professionals.
